Lamps
A series of lamps and light sculptures created using discarded scraps from the studio floor.
Scraps are selected, organized and arranged togther.
Transfer of Design to Wood
The initial forms are built from board, and then I adapt them to other other materials. Initially wood, but soon acrylic plastic and metal.
The wooden lamp (Form D) is now for sale.
Prints and Posters
Using the assembled but flattened forms I make prints from the shades. Ink and paper create impressions rather than shadow and light.
